Anita-Susanne Koch is a Rune Witch and the founder of the Rostock School of Witchcraft (Hexenschule Rostock). Runes have been part of her life for many years and represent far more to her than ancient written symbols. She sees them as a language and symbolic system, a tool for intuition and guidance, and a way to uncover hidden issues and discover new perspectives.

Her work combines ancient wisdom with a modern, open-minded, and non-dogmatic approach to spirituality. In addition to runes, she has extensive knowledge of herbal traditions, incense and smoke cleansing, rituals, natural cosmetics, divination, moon magic, and the seasonal celebrations of the Wheel of the Year. A deep connection to nature is central to her practice, along with exploring how traditional wisdom can be meaningfully integrated into modern everyday life.

Through the Rostock School of Witchcraft, Anita-Susanne Koch has created a space where this knowledge can be experienced firsthand and shared with others. Her courses and workshops cover topics such as rune interpretation, herbalism, incense and smoke rituals, candle magic, and ritual practices. Rather than promoting rigid beliefs or rules, she encourages participants to experiment, gain personal experience, and develop their own unique connection to spirituality and magic.

Her personal journey is shaped by a deep connection to nature, creativity, and the joy of rediscovering ancient traditions. As a Rune Witch, she aims to inspire people to trust their intuition, embrace unconventional paths, and experience magic as something alive, meaningful, and deeply personal.
