Petra Baum has 30 years of professional experience working with national and international companies and agencies, including more than 15 years in executive leadership roles as Managing Director. Following a major turning point in her life, she made a conscious decision to pursue a new path. Today, she follows her calling: guiding people toward greater clarity, inner strength, and fresh perspectives on life.

Her professional background includes extensive training in psychological astrology, mental, mediumship-based, and intuitive coaching, meditation and mindfulness practices, and Tarot counseling. Building on this diverse expertise, she has developed her own integrative approach that effectively combines spiritual and mental practices.

Today, Petra Baum offers intensive coaching programs, resilience training, astrological consultations, and Tarot readings. She also provides her own Tarot and astrology training and certification programs. As an instructor at the Paracelsus Health Schools in Germany, she leads seminars and professional training programs for therapists, holistic health practitioners, and counselors.

In addition, she speaks at professional conferences, writes articles for specialized publications, hosts events, and is the founder and host of the YouTube channel @spirit.mind.energy.

Petra Baum is a member of the German Astrological Association (DAV) and Tarot e.V., a German Tarot association, where she served as a volunteer board member in 2024 and 2025.
